How I Started A New Life With The Secret: The Laws Of Attraction

Several people have set aside 'The Secret' as complete nonsense, nothing but hogwash, something that works for the few and lucky ones. Bob Proctor decided to put this line of thinking as incorrect through his innovative study course 'The 11 Forgotten Laws.' He revealed why you aren't getting the results you are after.
The Law of Attraction by itself is incomplete.
If you had a shot at the Law of Attraction like I did a while ago, and just like for me it did not work for you, then the time has come for you to find out why and where you and I went wrong instead of simply setting aside the law as something that doesn't work. Thinking that the Law of Attraction as stipulated in 'The Secret' as something that does not work demands you to sit down and find out why. In fact, giving up on it is the surest way I discovered to pass up on living an abundant life.

In this refreshing program, which I have and was grateful that I did come across it, Bob Proctor gives details as to how and why the Law of Attraction has been misread. He also talks about a couple of inconsistencies in the 2006 documentary movie 'The Secret.'
It may not surprise you to know that for more than a century, the Law of Attraction has been a great topic of analysis, and at present, more and more people across the world are finally realizing how this principle can change lives, their lives. The best person in this field, in my eyes, is Bob Proctor. In the 11 Forgotten Laws, he tells us that the singular law, the Law of Attraction, by itself is not enough to bring about the transformations that people want. The reality is, he says, what has been formerly taught and shared with us all around the world, is partial.
There's more to it than just practicing the Law of Attraction. That's the secret, the laws of attraction must be practiced as well.
Consequently, Bob has given us 'The 11 Forgotten Laws.' If you, like me, attended a lot of seminars, read and studied a whole lot of books, watched one DVD after the next and listened to CDs and MP3s, and your dream life is still way out of reach, the missing link, the reason as to why your dream has not manifested is because of the other 11 laws. Don't get me wrong. The Law of Attraction is legitimate, but alone it is practically powerless.
If you want to change the conditions of your life, improve on your finances, have better health, have joyful relationships, these eleven forgotten laws by Bob Procter and Mary Morrissey will give you that opportunity to do just that, where you can turn your goals and dreams into reality.
If you can and are willing to commit to about 15 minutes a day, you can achieve more success in the next 30 days than all the successes you had in the past three years.

A Long Look at Law Of Attraction!

Most of us have certain aims or goals in life. But how many of us actually achieve them? Virtually none. It is rare to come across someone who says all his life's goals have been met. But the question is why is it so? The answer lies in our lack of understanding of the universal law of Law of Attraction. Quantum physics has proved that the universe is energy and we are all a part of that energy and this universal law works on just this premise.
Thus, if we are a part of the universe and a part of the infinite energy flow then we can connect with it through our own thought processes. Simply put, if you want anything in life, you just have to focus all your thoughts on it so that the signal travels to the infinite cosmos and your object of desire gets manifested in reality.
But remember that this works just as well in the reverse. That is, if you have negative thoughts in your mind, you will be attracting more negativity in your life. In short, if you are always thinking about your poverty and debts, more poverty and debt you will be attracting from the universe.
It works a lot like the Law of Gravity. It doesn't matter what kind of person you are, if you leap from a roof, you will plummet to the ground. The Law of Attraction works in a similar predictable way.
You can drive away anything negative by using positive thoughts, feelings, actions and words. Focus more intently on the things you do want rather than focusing energy into negative things. For instance, you want to move and so you want to attract money into your life for a new house.
However, when you think about money you probably worry about where it will come from or believe it will never happen. Those thoughts will come true if you focus on them, so think about your new home instead. Imagine how happy you will be living in it.
Visualizations generate emotions and they in turn strengthen your thought processes into asking from the universe the very object of desire. In no time you'll see your new house or the means for it have manifested in your life in reality.
The most common mistake that people do is approach this law with a feeling of need. That is, when someone needs money he approaches this law to manifest more money to say pay off his bills. But then, the emotion of need becomes primary in that case.
Thus, stop thinking about needing the money and think that the bills are already paid instead. Visualize yourself as a debt free man who has paid all his bills and focus on how you feel.
Another problem people fall into when trying to utilize the Law of Attraction to get what they want in life is they try to figure it all out for themselves.
They don't understand that the only thing they should figure out is their object of desire. Thereafter, they should intensely focus all thoughts and energies on the same. The universe will take care of the rest.
But this does not go on to say that you don't have to take any action at all. On the contrary, you will have to action at one point but it will only be an inspired action. That is, you will act upon what the universe nudges you towards.
In the example of obtaining money, these ideas could come to you as opportunities to make money. When you receive these little nudges, your job is to act on them. This is not to say that you should jump on every opportunity you see. If you feel it in your heart that an opportunity feels right to you, go for it. Chances are it feels right because the universe sent that opportunity to you.
While working towards the law of attraction, a good idea would be to feel grateful and thankful for all that you have now as these are the feeling that you would want to attract in future. Be grateful of whatever you possess now - your home, friends, family, etc.
Be clever and be thankful to the law of attraction for everything positive it has already given you.
Your present feelings and what you experience now is the result of what your thoughts were in the past, the kind of feelings and emotions you had harbored in your mind. Thus, if you are unhappy now, the best thing to do would be to change your thoughts so that you have more positive feelings and emotions which will go on to attract more of the same in future.
If you want a brighter future, think positive thoughts. Remember, the Law of Attraction is at work right now creating experiences for you based upon what you are thinking at this moment.

How I am learning to Foster Gratitude and Find My Inner Happy

As you know I want to change my life. I have been doing research on how to do that. I know that I have to change my perspective on things.  I found this amazing article by Lore Early entitled "How to foster gratitude and find your inner happy" I just have to share it with you.

Lore Says that "Gratitude comes from within. It took me 40 years to figure this out. I always had a case of "when I"s:
When I get __________, I will be happy!
When I go __________, I will be happy!
When I have __________, I will be happy!
Then I spent 2 years in Lower Yukon, Alaska, rural Alaska, drop-you-off-in-a-plane kind of Alaska. Even if we had cars in the village, it wouldn't matter because there is no place to go. It was here that I learned I didn't need a 3500 square foot home, a brand new car, or a $6 cappuccino every morning. It was here that I learned that I am grateful for the simple things in life like hot water and the friendship of others. And it was here that I began my journey to self-healing, and realized that gratitude and happiness will never be sourced from something outside myself. It is something that starts from the inside, and radiates outward.
It is easy to lose your sense of gratitude in a world full of bustling cities, busy people, and technology that even tells you when to take a bathroom break. We forget to take time to appreciate what is around us, the people in our lives. When is the last time you stopped to take a breath and listen to the birds or smell the roses (literally)? When is the last time you reflected on who you are, where you life is going, and if you are truly, deep down, happy? Returning to a state of gratitude requires a conscious effort and a lot of reflection.
So how do you foster gratitude and happiness? The "big picture" key is to learn to accept and love yourself. If you come from a place of self-loathing and anger, the world is a negative place, and your existence will ultimately be unhappy. However, self love is hard, it's a journey as we are our own worst critics and have adopted the unkind words of others. And there is no flicking of any kind of switch.
The easiest way to boost gratitude, appreciation, and your happiness is to keep a gratitude journal. Every night write down 5 things or events, even if they seem stupid and petty, that you are grateful for that day. And feel the gratitude, don't just speak it. If it doesn't resonate, chose something else.
When you do this consistently, you start to focus on the positive. Your list grows. Your list expands from the materialistic items to more meaningful experiences. And it happens almost magically, if you do it correctly.
After 6 months of keeping a gratitude journal, I now thank the Universe for the "gifts" I receive each day. It is automatic and in the moment. And while I still have a ways to go when it comes to true bliss, I am much more aware of all the good things that show up in my life rather than focusing on all the things that go wrong. And what a difference this makes! Try it!"

I need to love myself more and realize that I am worthy of my dreams and happiness.  I know that it has taken me 39 years to get to this point. I am not going to be able to fix this overnight, but in time, I feel that I can.

Today I started on my journey. A Journey to Health, Wealth, and Happiness

Hello world,
Today I start on my journey to not only help my life become filled with health, wealth, and happiness, but to help others achieve this in their own life.

I need to loose about 100 lbs, improve my health and relationships, double my monthly income, and find happiness. I have tried before in the past and failed. However, I know that Thomas Edison failed over 100 times before he created the light bulb. I need to try again.

The first step on my journey is going to be simply about me. In order to help me in the long run, I need to help me in the short run. So first things first, health  and weight. Now I know I will never be a supermodel or star athlete, however there are certain things I can do now to help me.

 I am currently 39 years old, severely obese, living in chronic pain, broke, and unhappy. This was not how I pictured my life would turn out when I was a teenager.

My health is in bad shape. I live in Chronic Pain from Fibromyalgia, and live off take out and food I get from convenience stores like 7/11 or AmPm.  Chocolate and Mountain Dew are the only stable thing in my diet. On top of that, I sit on my but for over 15 hours a day working two jobs. My cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight  is dangerously high. If I want to live to see another 10 years, I need to change these things.

This blog will be a diary of a kind filled with information, product reviews, and hopefully successes as I go along this journey.

I want  to live a life that is empowered. A life filled with happiness, joy, love, good health, and prosperity. I want to see my daughter have a good life and be happy. I want to be able to travel. I need to be free of the limitations that I have imposed on myself. This will be my journey to do so.
